The Club was formed in 1989, on the opening of the Ice Rink at East Kilbride Shopping Centre.

Many of the founder members of the Club had previously been curling for many years with East Kilbride Golf Club Curling Section at Crossmyloof and Hamilton.  This ensured the Club got off to a very positive and enthusiastic start.

The Club meet on Wednesdays at 8.15pm - from early October until late March.  This usually gives us between 20 and 24 meeting nights. Games are arranged on an Inter-Club league basis - with a  Christmas/New Year break.

We are a very sociable Club.  While our inter club league is competitive and hard

fought, we seek to make our sport as enjoyable as possible win, loose or draw. 

New players are always welcome at all levels of ability.  At the end of an evening our

aim is to send everyone home having enjoyed the fun and fellowship that is Curling.
